Beverly J. Vota, age 69, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 .

She was the daughter of Bert and Theresa (Kump) Adams. She was a lifelong resident. Bev attended St. Raymond Grade School and graduated from St. Francis Academy, Class of 1966.

Bev was formerly employed by the real estate office of Kathy Dames as a secretary for several years. Bev was considered the best cook, baker and cake decorator, using her talent as the former owner/operator of Top O The Morning Bakery.

Surviving are her two children, Julaine (Jeff) Cartwright, of Plainfield and Joseph Vota of Three Rivers, Michigan; her father, Bert Adams, Sr. of Joliet; her siblings, Bert Adams, Jr. of Corona del Mar, California, Jacqueline (Robert) Pedersen of Joliet, Robert (Teresa) Adams of Channahon, and William Adams of Joliet; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Joseph Anthony Vota (2011) and her mother, Theresa Adams (2017).

Enshrinement: Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
