Shirley Ann Leonard was the daughter of Ira Ralph Leonard and Maude Melby Berge. She was born on October 25, 1936 in Longpoint, Livingston, IL. She was the youngest of eight children. She married Arnold Eugene Overocker on July 2, 1955 in Streator, LaSalle, IL.

They had eight children:
1. Rebeca Lynn Overocker
2. Denise Arlene Overocker
3. Victoria Overocker
4. Arnold Eugene Overocker
5. Jill Ann Overocker
6. Lisa Marie Overocker
7. Penny Elizabeth Overocker
8. Brian Overocker

She died on February 10, 2010 in Normal, McLean, IL at Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center at 1:45 AM. She had ongoing illnesses and when she got kidney stone that went untreated, her body couldn't handle it anymore and she passed away. Her last place of residence was her house in Dana, LaSalle, IL.

She is buried in Dana Cemetery in Dana, LaSalle, IL with her husband, parents, daughter, siblings, and a nephew. She is survived by seven of her children; all but Lisa. She is also survived by two sisters: Lila Mae Klendworth and Burdette Lake, and brother-in-law Eugene Klendworth.

Jill A. Snyder, 52, of Dana, died Sunday January 18, 2015, 4:00 pm in Rutland.

Jill was born October 26, 1962 in Streator, IL to Arnold and Shirley (Leonard) Overrocker.

She married Michael Snyder on May 22, 1982 in Streator, IL. They were later divorced. Surviving are her children, Kayla (Aaron) McClanahan, and Chelsey (Jason Faw) Snyder, both of Toluca and Tanner Snyder, of Dana, her siblings, Becky (Joe) Centeno, of Dana, Denise (Bob) Lepper, of Streator, Vicki Overrocker, of Dana, Arnold (Jill) Overrocker, of Rutland, Penny (John) Fuller, Brian (Jessica) Overrocker, both of Dana, and two grandchildren, Sophie and Ian McClanahan.

Her parents and one sister, Lisa Overrock preceded her in death.

Jill was employed at SMF in Minonk. She loved to spend time with family and especially her grandchildren.

Burial will be at Dana Cemetery, Dana. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

DANA - Lisa M. Overocker, 12, died at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at Loyola Medical Center, Maywood, where she had been a patient for four months.

Her funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Winterrowd Funeral Home, Streator, the Rev. Roland Jedlick officiating. Burial will be at the Dana Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Centeno, Robert Lepper, Gordon Lake, and Don Weld.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Lisa was born March 24, 1965 at Steator, a daughter of Arnold and Shirley Leonard Overocker. Surviving are her paretns; five sisters; Rebeca Centeno, Dana; Denise Lepper, Streator; Victoria, Jill, and Penny, all at home; two brothers; Arnold Jr. and Brian, at home; paternal grandmother Sabina Overocker, Streator.

She was a member of the Dana United Methodist Church and attended the Fairchild Laboratory School, Normal.
