    LIZZIE PRIEST
Lizzie, infant child of Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Priest, aged four years, was accidentally but fatally scalded on last Tuesday morning by falling into a tub of hot water. Despite all that could be done, death alone could relieve the little sufferer. It died on Wednesday morning. The sorrowing parents have our deepest sympathies. (no date)

    PRIEST
Mary Lizzie, little daughter of George W. and Caroline Priest, of New Martinsville, W. Virginia, aged 3 years, 7 months and 19 days.
The death of dear little Lizzie was very sad, for she was scalded by falling into a tub of water September 25, and lingered in great misery until the next day, when death relieved her. She was a very affectionate child, the joy and light of the home. It is hard to part with our children. Only those who have gone through that sad experience know the anguish of heart. Bro. and sister Priest are earnest disciples of Jesus, and they know they will meet the loved one in heaven. May God comfort them in their sorrow. - W.S. Priest
