  • Name Thomas RIX  [2, 3
    • Editor's note: There were two Thomas Rixes, one the son of Thomas and Thomas of Wethersfield, probably about the same age. He married Abigail, daughter of John Ingersole, and died May 21, 1690, leaving a widow and one child, Abigail. She married about 1696, Joshua Wills, of Windsor. It is rather uncertain whether Thomas of Wethersfield married Abigail Ingersol, but the records, though meager, tend to show that the record of Thomas is correct. A Richard Rix was in Salem in 1776. Both Richard and Thomas are untraced. The almost universal Tradition exists in this family that "three brothers came over." William and Thomas whom we know, were brothers, and perhaps Thomas of Wethersfield and Richard of Salem were brothers also [1]
