Robert WATSON [1] |
- Robert Watson, a bell founder from the west of England, came with his wife, Elizabeth, and eight children in 1632, to Plymouth. His younger brother John came the same year and married, 1634, Alice, widow of Valentine Prentice. John died in 1672. In 1636 Robert, with his sons Robert, nathaniel and John, went to Windsor, Conn., where he died in 1637. His widow was living in Plymouth in July, 1638.
Robert Watson was Deputy to General Court, Marshfield, Mass., 1643-1644-1646-1650. [1]
