- Ebenezer married Abigail (last name unknown), and settled New Canaan, where they were members of that church, and by Mr. Silliman, probably the minister of New Canaan church were recommended to the church of South Salem, where they were among its organizers, and several of their children were afterward baptized, and where they were doubtless born. Ebenezer Bouton and Abigail his wife united with church at South Salem, 1755. [1]
