(Tory) for Harwich 1714-15; died testate at Epsom, Surrey, 16 Apr. 1715.

Gen. 1696, major Gen. 1704; died testate aged seventy-seven on 21 Feb. 1714/5, buried St. Pancras, Middlesex.
