    Marshall Ausby Jones, the son of Gordon and Maud (Crismon) Jones was born April 23, 1910 at Iberia and died February 1, 1977 at the Windsor Estates Nursing Home in Camdenton, Missouri. At the time of his death he was 66 years, 9 months and 8 days of age. He was married August 23, 1935 at Iberia to Anna Helen Pendleton who preceded him in death April 19, 1973.

    He is survived by 1 daughter, Shirley Upton, Eldon, Mo.; 3 sons, Ronald Jones and David Jones both of Eldon, Mo. and Daniel Jones, Belton, Mo.; 2 brothers, Aubrey Jones, Carmichael, Calif. and Myrell Jones, Palo Alto, Calif.; 4 grandchildren and his father, Gordon Jones, Eldon, Mo. Mr. Jones was a lifetime resident of Miller County.

    Funeral services for Ausby Jones were held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 3, at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Eldon, Mo. with the Rev. Earl Basil Brown of Iberia officiating. Interment was in the Memorial Gardens at Barnett, Mo. under the direction of the Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon.

    Funeral services were held Saturday for Mrs. Anna Helen Jones, 805 W. __th St. Eldon, the wife of Marshall A. Jones. Mrs. Jones, 57, died Thursday, April 19, 1973, at the University Medical Center, Columbia. She had been hospitalized a week as the result of a heart attack.

    She was born May 1, 1915, in Miller County, the daughter of William E. and Annie (Woody) Pendleton. Her father survives at St. Peters. She and Mr. Jones were married Aug. 23, 1935. He survives at the home.

    Mrs. Jones was a member of the Brays Advent Christian Church near Iberia. In addition to her husband of the home and her father, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Shirley Upton of Eldon; three sons, Ronald Jones of Grandview, Daniel Jones of the United States Army stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky., and David Jones of the home; three grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Nora Jean Lambert of Pascagoula, Miss.; and three brothers, Amos Pendleton of Dixon, Joseph Pendleton of Baldwin Park, Calif., and Lloyd Pendleton of St. Peters.

    The Rev. Earl Brown officiated at the services at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Phillips Chapel in Eldon. Burial was in Greenmore Memorial Gardens.
