    On 17 March 1723/4 Benjamin Snow of Bridgewater, cordwainer, for "Love good will & affection" gave his son Solomon Snow of Bridgewater, a 50 acre lot lying by the four Mills line, a lot of meadow on the west side of the Pond, and one third of the cedar swamp at the east end of the 50 acre lot; this deed was not recorded until 3 March 1735 (Plymouth Co LR, 30:102).

    In May 1737 Solomon Snow of Bridgewater sold to Seth Staples land in Bridgewater including land of father Benjamin Snow; wife Bathsheba released her dower (Plymouth Co LR, 31:177; MF, 7:56).

    Bathsheba Snow of Bridgewater, widow, posted bond 26 January 1741, as administrator of the estate of her husband Solomon Snow, late of Bridgewater, deceased. Sureties were Jonathan Cary, gentleman, and John Fobes, husbandman, both of Bridgewater. Inventory of Solomon Snow's estate was made 24 March 1741; Bathsheba Snow, administrator, made oath to it 20 May 1742. An undated account of Jonathan Cary of Bridgewater, administrator on estate of Solomon Snow deceased, mentions payment to Benjamin Mehurin; and necessities set off to widow. The inventory listed house and land without any other description (Plymouth Co PR, #18,723,8:495-496).

    On 2 November 1751 Lemuel Snow of Bridgewater, blacksmith, sold 30 acres in Bridgewater being the remainder of the homestead of Solomon Snow late of Bridgewater deceased (Plymouth Co LR, 47:24).

    Benjamin Snow of Bridgewater was a representative to the General Court of Massachusetts in 1721 (Bridgewater by Mitchell, 35).

    On 17 March 1723/4 Benjamin Snow of Bridgewater, cordwainer, for love, good will, and affection gave, after his death, to his son Ebenezer Snow of Bridgewater all his homestead of 40 acres, a 10 acre lot on the west side of Taunton Road, a meadow lot, all his right in the Old Cedar Swamp, and one third of the cedar swamp at the east end of a 50 acre lot on the Pond. On the same day he gave to his son Benjamin Snow of Bridgewater the land where his house now stands on the Great Pond (excepting two thirds of the cedar swamp) and 11 acres at the southern end of the town. And on the same day he gave to his son Solomon Snow of Bridgewater a 50 acre lot lying by the four Mile Lane, a meadow lot on the west side of the Pond, and one third of the cedar swamp in the 50 acre lot on the Pond (Plymouth Co LR, 18:203, 19:18, 30:102).

    The will of Benjamin Snow of Bridgewater, husbandman, dated 12 September 1738, proved at Pembroke, 6 June 1743, names youngest son Ebenezer (executor and to provide for wife Sarah; mentions deed given him; "all my irons of all sorts which belong to my Out Door Work & My Grindstone"); wife Sarah; sons Benjamin and solomon (these two sons to share with Ebenezer all clothing and right in undivided lands, besides what already given); daughters Rebecca Campbell and Elizabeth Carver (all other moveables after wife's death); and grandson Seth Pratt, son of my daughter Sarah deceased (one cow or L10 when twenty-one); the books to be equally divided by the three sons and two daughters. Witnesses were Josiah Edson, Jr., Nathan Basset, and John Washburn, Jr. the inventory, taken 20 June 1743, included three pieces of real estate; a third part of a 20 acre lot in the North Precinct in Bridgewater (L20), a third part of a purchase right in the undivided land in the Eight Mile Bridgewater (L10), and seven acres lying by the Widow Basset's (L15) (Plymouth Co PR, #18, 661, 9:83-84, 117; MD, 22:99-100).
