    Excerpt from "Mayflower Families in Progress - Francis Cooke": The will of Thomas Taber, yeoman of Dartmouth, dated 15 June 1723, proved 20 March 1732/3, neames wife Mary; sons Thomas, Joseph, John; dau. Bethyah Blackwel and her husband Caleb Blackwel, blacksmith; sons Jacob, Phillip; daus, Esther Perry and her husband; Lidia Kinney; Sara Hart and her Husband; Mary Morton and her husband; Abigail Taber and her husband; his four sons executors. On 19 March 1732/3 sons Joseph, John and Philip declined to serve and recommended Jacob be named executor.

To son Philip south half of homestead with housing and orchard except privilege to wife above. To daughter Esther Perry and her husband certain land and six pounds. To daughter Lydia Kinney certain land and six pounds. To daughter Sarah Hart and her husband land and six pounds. To daughter Mary Morton land and 20 pounds.
