From: "The Descendants of William Wilcoxson, Vincent Meigs, and Richard Webb": Zechariah Field was the grandson of John, Astronomer Royal. He was born at East Andsley, West Riding, Yorkshire, England, and first settled in Dorchester, Mas., in 1629, went to Hartford, Co., in 1636, to Northampton, Mass., in 1659, and settled in Hatfield, Mass., in 1661

3. John FIELD was born about 1648; died on 26 Jun 1717.
4. Serg. Samuel FIELD was born about 1651 in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut; died on 24 Jun 1697 in Slain by Indians.
5. Joseph FIELD was born about 1658; died on 15 Feb 1736 in Sunderland, Connecticut.
