Elizabeth married Deacon Nathaniel HAPGOOD on 6 Sep 1695. Nathaniel (son of Shadrach HAPGOOD and Elizabeth TREADWAY) was born on 21 Oct 1665; died before 1741. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

1. Lieut. Shadrach HAPGOOD was born on 6 Nov 1704; died on 8 Oct 1782.
2. Elizabeth HAPGOOD was born in 1708.
3. Sarah HAPGOOD was born about 1710.

Name:
He had a 2d wife, Elizabeth, who survived him. He d. 1729, aged 84. In his will, dated May 22, 1727, he says he is "well stricken in years and crazy in body, but of perfect mind and memory." His will was contested n Probate Court, Dec. 19, 1729, by all his children and heirs (save his son, Samuel, to whom he gave most of his estate) on the ground, that he was crazy in mind as well as in body, when he made his will. At length the heirs agreed among themselves touching will, and desired the Judge to approve it.

Samuel married Sarah HOW on 6 Jun 1667. Sarah was born on 25 Sep 1644; died on 11 Aug 1707 in Marlboro, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
