She came with her father and family to Burlington, New Jersey in December 1677 and they settled in Crookhorne, Falls Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
After the death of Charles Biles, we know Sarah remarried before March 1697/1698, as shown by a deed dated that day, but signed June 8, 1698, between joseph Wood of Bucks Co., PA, yeoman, and Sarah, late widow of Charles Biles, of Maidenhead, Burlington County, West Jersey, deceased, and Alexander Biles, second son of said Charles Biles and Sarah Biles, now Brearly, in which mention is also made of "ye two daughters of Charles biles," names not given. (Source: Genealogies of Pennsylvania Families, William biles, p. 129)

"How Green Was Our Valley" page 102 states the following:
Charles Biles b. 08/12/1665 at All saints Parish,Dorchester, Dorset County, England d. 1696 in Maidenhead (later caled Lawrenceville,), New Jersey. He was the son of Alexander Biles and Dorothy Strong Biles. He m. ca. 1690 Sarah Wood daughterof John Wood of Attercliffe, in the parish of Sheffield, Yorkshire, England, Husbandman, who arrived in the Delaware River, in the ship "Shield", the master, Daniel Foot in the 10th month (Dec) 1677. His children wre John, Joseph, Esther, Mary, and Sarah.
