    MERRIHEW, Joseph, Town of Chazy. All real estate - part of lots 40 and 43. to son Samuel and daughters Rhoda and Dorcas 1/4 of an equal undivided share and to four daughters - Cornelia, Sophronia, Avilla, and Malinda one equal undivided half share and to three sons - Azial, Claudius and Albert one equal undivided share of aforesaid estate. To wife Jane all personal property and also use and occupancy of real estate to maintain, provide and educate younger chldren during their minority. After Albert becomes of age, property shall be divided and set off to each named reserving dower of my wife Jane. Appoint wife Jane executrix and Heman SLOSSON and son Azial MERRIHEW executors.
