To son George Pearce 1/2 my....30 acre lot bounded southerly on Moses Butts. To grandson George Thurston 72 pounds. To daughter Mary Simmons 60 pounds. to three children James, George and Mary, rest and residue...I confirm deeds of gift to sons James and George Pearce..."
