    Imojean ?Jean? Laseter, a resident of Dothan, died Thursday, December 26, 2019 at her residence. She was 85.

    Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Sunday, December 29, 2019 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Pastor Ron Vann and Kevin Brannan officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until 1:45 PM prior to the service.     Jean was born August 30, 1934 in Graceville, Florida to the late Robert Thomas and Addie Lee Bell Jordan. She was employed with Dothan City Schools for 18 years as a Lunchroom Assistant Manager at Young Junior High School and Honeysuckle Middle School. Jean also managed the concession stand at Rip Hewes stadium and the ballfields at Westgate Park. She was a member of His Love Church of the Assemblies of God and loved her church and worshipping her Savior. Jean will be known for working with the children in church and her love and faithfulness to help. She was in SARCOAs Miss Senior Pageant for three years and was awarded runner-up, second runner-up, third runner-up and Miss Congeniality.

    Jean is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lynn Laseter, Jr.; sister, Margaret Bass; brothers, Hurley, Robert and James Ewell Jordan.

    Survivors include her children, Ricky Laseter (Diane), Kerry Laseter (Karen), Terry Laseter, Davia Ray (Bill), Martha Campbell and Deborah Vann (Ron); 17 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren; brother, Julius Jordan (Hilda); sisters, Martha Miles and Catherine Jordan; special brother in law, Robert Laseter (Lynn).
