Name:
Barbara R. Forsberg, a longtime Reddingite, died Wednesday, March 16, 2005, at Danbury Hospital following a brief illness.
Mrs. Forsberg was born in Norwalk on Nov. 24, 1937, a daughter of the late Curtis and Evelyn Ross Ruscoe. She was a homemaker and a lover of cats, especially her "Shadow," her family said.
She is survived by her sister, Linda Forcier of Yuma, Ariz.; several nieces and nephews; and her brother-in-law, Ralph R. Forsberg of Weston.
She was predeceased by her husband, Russell W. Forsberg on Oct. 5, 1986, her three brothers, Curtis, William and Harold Ruscoe, and her sister, Milda Shackett.
A service was held on Saturday, March 19, in the Bouton Funeral Home, 31 West Church Street in Georgetown.
Burial will take place in Bald Hill Cemetery in Wilton in the spring.
The Bouton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
