Seth and Abigail settled at Ellisburg, New York, but removed to Auburn, Ohio in 1833, where he became a large landowner. He was one of the eleven men who signed the Covenant on 26 Dec 1807 to form the Baptist Church at Belleville, new York. Seth, who is mentioned as a deacon, and Abigail had eight children.
Seth married Abigail WALWORTH on 11 Oct 1792 in Rome, Oneida Co, New York. Abigail (daughter of Capt James WALWORTH and Eunice PACKER) was born on 14 Aug 1772 in Guilford, Windham Co., Vermont; died on 25 Jul 1848 in Auburn, Geauga Co., Ohio. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
