      A telescope of his exists at the Mystic Seaport Museum in CT. Telescope; brass with painted leather cover over main barrel, single brass draw; sliding cover over eye piece; removable dust cover over objective with sliding aperture cover; optics produce erect image; painted in white on leather cover, black background, "Wm. N. Brady. U.S. Navy." [Brady served in the US Navy 1829-1865], painted below name are three rows of painted flags and pennants; "POWHATAN" scratched into leather.

      A memorial stained glass window exists for him and his wife in the Calvary Baptist Church of Darien, 988 Post Road, Darien CT 06820
