      Wantage -- Abram L. Sliker, of Beaver Run road, died Thursday at his home after a long illness. He was 90.

      A native of Swartswood, Mr. Sliker had lived most of his life in Wantage Township. He retired from farming 10 years ago.

      Surviving are a son, Frank, of Newton; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Sylcox, with whom he made his home, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

      Funeral services will be conducted today (Sunday) at 1 pm at the Ferguson-House Funeral Home, 27 Third street, Sussex, by the Rev. Percy "Bailey, pastor of the Wesleyan methodist Church of Sussex. interment will be in Branchville Cemetery.
