Mrs. Theodore Raymond Former Resident of This City
The death of Mrs. Gussie Raymond, widow of Theodore Raymond, and for many years a resident of this city, occurred on Thursday at the home of Mrs. Josephine Scott, in Canton, Kansas.
Mrs. Raymond was in Kansas last fall, in company with Miss Emma Raymond to make her home with Mrs. Scott, a sister of the late Theodore Raymond. She had been in poor health a long time, but was confined to her bed only about three weeks.
Mrs. Raymond was a native of New Fairfield. Her maiden name was Gussie Trusdale. She was married to Mr. Raymond in early womanhood and resided in this city from that time until she went to Kansas. She was a member of the Church of Christ of this city.
The body is expected to arrive here on Sunday and the funeral services will be held at the Memorial chapel in Wooster Cemetery Monday afternoon at two o'clock. [1]
