  	Death of Mary Slauson Mrs. Mary Slauson, widow of Cyrus Slauson, died at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Earl Deardsley of Halcottville Tuesday, after a brief illness of pheumonia, aged about 74 years. Mrs. Slauson was a daughter of Thomas and Prudence (Todd) Faulkner of New Kingston and spent her entire life in this vicinity. The funeral will be held this (Friday) afternoon at 1:30 at the Halcottville Old School Baptist meeting house, Rev. George Ruston officiating, with interment at Kelly Corners. Mrs. Slauson is spoken of as a kindly woman, a mother to the community responding to every appeal in sickness and trouble. [1]
