  	OBITUARY Mrs. Sarah J. Demerest Mrs. Sarah J. Demerest died, Jan. 25 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. C. Monroe, 88 Lake street, Liberty, at the age of 83 years and three days. Mrs. Demerest was the widow of Silas Mapes Demerest, who died about eight years ago. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. E. C. Monroe of Liberty, and Mrs. D.C. Thompson, of Johnson.
