Samuel Paddock served the East Precinct parish of Yarmouth (now Dennis) as assessor from 1752 through 1757. On 17 March 1757 he and Christopher Crowell were chosen to repair the meeting house "as they think proper".
Administration for the estate of Capt. Samuel Paddock, of Yarmouth yeoman, was granted 21 September 1757 to Thomas Winslow. A few days later Thankful received a balance from him of L385.11s.6d. and discharged Thomas as administrator and from any further business for her children (Barnstable Co PR, 7:487-89, 9:347, 12:171-72).
