- He was educated at Hart Hall, Oxford in 1591 and at Middle Temple in 1595. Henry was elected Member of Parliament for Andover in 1601 and for Ludgershall in 1604. Ludlow, who was of royal and noble descent from Edward I, succeeded to his father's estates in 1624. he and Lettice had four sons and five daughters. [1]
