He was appointed physician to the "army gone to Crown Point, October, 1755" (Conn. Col. Records, 10:444).
Documents pertaining to the settlement of his estate are found in the Windham Probate Records, 6:162, 7:117,118. he owned buildings near the meeting house of the third society of Windham.

Timothy married Irena RIPLEY on 11 Jan 1749/50 in Recorded in Windham, Connecticut. Irena (daughter of David RIPLEY and Lydia CARY) was born on 11 Feb 1729; died on 24 Feb 1804. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

2.	Ensign Ichabod WARNER was born about 1684 (son of Isaac WARNER and Sarah BOLTWOOD); died on 18 Jan 1767. Ichabod married Mary METCALF on 5 Mar 1711/2 in Lebanon, Connecticut. Mary died on 26 Apr 1747. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
