    He and three others bought 275 acres of the vacant lands in Kings Town, Narragansett on 28 May 1709. On 20 Aug 1727, calling himself sixty-four years old or thereabouts, he testified as to land of Stephen Northrup inNorth Kingstown; d. shortly afterwards, as his will was proved on 20 Nov 1727 (wife Hannah and son Thomas, executors). The births of their children are recorded in North Kingstown, but the years with the years missing. Other records there are missing as well.
