    MRS LANSON S. SLIKER

    Ogdensburg --Funeral services for Mrs. Emma E. Sliker, wife of Lanson S. Sliker of Mudtown road, were held Tuesday, at 2 p.m., at the F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Man street, Franklin. The Rev. Robert Shaffer, pastor of the Ogdensburg Presbyterian Church officiated. Burial was in North Hardyston Cemetery.

    Mrs. Sliker died Thursday in Newton Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was 70. Born in Newton, Mrs. Sliker had lived here 40 years.

    She leaves also two sons, Arthur W. of Newton, and Lawrence K., of Ogdensburg, with whom she lived; three daughters, mrs. Melcena Lozaw, of Wharton; Mrs. Stella Emmerson and Mrs. Alice Predmore, both of Sparta; a brother, Louis South, of Newton; 12 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
