    He held Throckmorton in Fladbury, and Black Nauton in Warwickshire, and 'jure uxoris' Weston Olney, Bucks., Roxyon, Bedfordshire and Bruggeton, Warwickshire. In 1443 he received a pardon for assaults made by him in the Palace of Westminster. Among the offices he held was Sheriff of Warwick and Leicester, Attorney General to Edward, Prince of Wales; andSeward of the lands and castles of the Bishop of Worcester. he was a J.P. 1458-1472, and an M.P. 1445/6-1449.
