Jon is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clare Clement Crawford, long-time residents of Santa Paula. The bride-elect, a member of one of the oldest families in Virginia, is a direct descendant of col. Richard Lee and a fifth cousin of Gen. Robert E. Lee. She is a Theta Upsilon, secretary-treasurer of Panhellenic and a member of her class council.
