      Born June 29, 1920, at Dixon, she was the daughter of Avery John and Ora Mae (Felkerson) Nelson. She was married Oct. 18, 1939, in Vienna, to Raymond Lawrence Scott. Zelma was a member of First Baptist Church of Dixon. She operated Sport's Grocery Store in Dixon as well as being a homemaker.
