    • LAWRENCE T. KIMBLE

      Lawrence T. Kimble, 68, of Biloxi, Miss., formerly of Hackettstown, N.J., died Monday in Gulf Coast Community Hospital, Biloxi, after a short illness.
      He was employed as a radio dispatcher by the New Jersey highway department for 30 years until retiring.
      Born May 26, 1919, in Hamburg, NJ, he was a son of the late Theodore and Grace Lozier Kimble. He lived in Hackettstown before moving to Biloxi nine years ago.
      Mr. Kimble was a member of American Legion Post 164, Hackettstown; Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6731, and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 322, both of North Biloxi, Miss., and American Legion Post 119, gulfport, Miss. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II.
      Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Linda Ackerman, Long Valley, NJ, and Mrs. Diane Waldinger, Wharton, NJ; a brother, Donald of Sussex, NJ; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrud Ranaoe, Sussex and Mrs. Marjorie Smith, Hackettstown, and six grandchildren.
      Services will be held at 10:15 a.m. Thursday in Cochran Funeral Home, Hackettstown, Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Hackettstown.
