In Will of John Mosher is stated "to children of deceased daughter Dorothy Clarke, each 40 shillings, viz., to Freegift, Dorothy, Experience and Joseph."
Wil of Joseph Clarke, Jr., yeoman of Westerly, dated 1719, May 29, recorded at Westerly, Rhode Island, mentions brother-in-law Oliver Babcock, sons Joseph and Elisha, both under 21 years of age; daughters Dorothy Clarke, Freegift Saunders, and Experience Clarke. Witness was Thomas Clarke. Inventory was taken 1719, July 6, and amounted to L199 8s. 11d. [1]
