She had been sick but a short time, and as our readers know was present at the golden wedding of Mr. and Mrs. R.W. Padelford, some weeks since. Mrs. Wilber was born in Buffalo, New York, April 24th 1807. She leaves three children - Mrs. Pindar F. Ward, Geneva, where she lived at the time of her death, Mrs. Julia Davidson, matron of the seminary at Leroy New York, and Dr. George D. Wilber, Mineral Point, Wis, : besides three step-children in this city - Mrs. R.W. Padelford and Messrs L.D. and J.M. Wilber.
The funeral was held at Geneva this morning, and the remains brought to this city this noon and interred in the Elgin Cemetery.
