She is survived by her Husband Ray Stephens of Salem, Oregon; a Son, Richard Stephens of Troutdale, Oregon; three Daughters Sandy Carlisle of Louisville, Kentucky, Jan Morton of Bend, Oregon and Jean Haynes of Citrus Heights, California, and a half brother, Robert Slauson of Alabama. She was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Williams Slauson Murril of Sacramento, California. She had 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
