He was appointed Engisn in the militia company of his brother Roger in 1698 (Col. Rec., p. 271).
He "owned his covenant" with the "First Church of hartford" March 15, 1696, and joined in "full communion" Sept. 20, 1703. He died unmarried, three years later in 1706.
