He was the husband of the late Helen M. Padelford. An Optometrist in Fall River for more than forty years, he graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Surviving are his daughter Beverly Clay and her husband William Clay of West Greenwich, R.I., one son, Robert Padelford and his wife Gwenneth Padelford of Florida, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral Information Funeral Services and burial will be private. A gathering of friends and relatives will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 pm at 605 Hazard Road, West Greenwich, R.I.
