Mrs. De Wolf's Burial Delayed until Pyrus Coronaria Bloomed.

CHICAGO, ILL, - June 4 - the body of the late Mrs. Charlotte M. De Wolf, wife of Edward P. De Wolf of Waukegan, Ill., who died in Hendersonville, N.C., on Dec 18 last, was buried today in Graceland Cemetery. Mrs. DeWolf was born n Charleston, S.C., Aug. 23 1854, daughter of the late N. Russell Middleton of that city, and was the great-granddaughter of Henry Middleton, who was President pro tempore of the first Continental Congress.
The interment had been delayed, awaiting the blooming time of the double-flowering Pyrus coronaria that was originally discovered by Mrs. De Wolf early twenty years ago, and which under the name of "The Charlotte De Wolf" is ow being propagated at the Arnold Arboretum at Harvard University.
The grave was covered with a mass of the exquisitely beautiful blossoms that bear her name.
