Notes |
- Note: According to "One thousand years of Hubbard History", Elizabeth married "very late in life" Deacon John Norton, a widower, son of Thomas and Grace Norton, of Guilford, formerly of Ockley, Surrey,England. He had first married Hannah Stone, dau Williamand Hannah Stone; he was made freeman in 1667, and died March 5, 1704........my question, if she married very late in life, could the death date of 1657 be correct? So, I am not listing John Norton as a spouse. At least not yet, until further research is done. Question answered by "Families of Early Guilford".
