    • Born in Dedham, 17: 12: 1661; died there Dec. 5, 1694. The homestead was divided between his brother Joseph and himself by an amicable agreement, in accordance with the wishes of their father expressed in his will, and he lived in his part of the old house.

      The estate was divided between Mary and Banjamin by a decree of the Court of Probate, "Dated in Boston the Thirtyeth day of June In the Tenth year of Her Majties Reign Anoq. Domini, 1717." (See Suffolk P.R., Lib. 17, Fol. 273)

      He married mary (?), who, after his death, married Samuel Gates of Mashamughet, in the colony of Connecticut, whither she went with her children. [1]
