  Notes	Information from Mariana L Zuelsdorf: Ross Carpenter, 86, of RD1, Powhatan Point died Monday in Bellaire City Hospital. He was born November 21, 1890 in York Township, a son of the late Robert and Katie Kocher Carpenter. He was a Protestants by faith and a farmer. His wife, Esther Steiner Carpenter preceded him in death, November 23, 1973. surviving are a son, Russell of Powhatan Point; two daughters, Ruth Carpenter of Powhatan Point and Frances Thomas of Marietta, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Gibson-Bauknecht Funeral Home, Powhatan Point, after 1 P.M. today where services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday with Evang, Everett Kemp officiating. Burial in Powhatan Cemetery, Powhatan Point. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. 11/7/1977
