Robert was a member of parliament while still a student at the Inner Temple, where he had been especially admitted at the request of his father-in-law. Robert was granted permission to build a chamber on White Friars Wall. It was fro here that his body was carried on 8 June 1594 to be buried in St Dunstan-in-the-West. [1]
